At HDPL Diamond Tools Trading Co., we operate on a Make-to-Order (MTO) basis. Every tool is manufactured specifically to meet the technical requirements of each client, ensuring maximum performance and customization.

🔧 1. Make-to-Order Production

All orders are produced only after formal order confirmation and advance payment (if applicable). Lead time may vary depending on:

  • Product type and quantity
  • Customization or technical specifications
  • Export documentation and compliance (for international orders)

📦 Typical Production Time:

  • Consumables / Tools: 5–10 working days (subject to design)
  • Machines / Custom Equipment: 10–20 working days (subject to design)

Exact dispatch date will be communicated after order acceptance.

🇮🇳 2. Domestic Shipping (India)

🚚 Modes:

  • Road transport (surface cargo) or air courier, based on urgency and order size

⏱️ Dispatch Timeline:

  • After production is complete and final inspection is done
  • Dispatch occurs within 1–2 working days post-production

📍 Delivery Timeline:

  • Surface: 3–7 working days
  • Air: 1–3 working days

🌍 3. International Shipping (Exports)

✈️ Air Freight (Small/urgent orders):

  • Fast transit: typically 3–7 days
  • Via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or preferred forwarder

🚢 Sea Freight (Bulk/Heavy orders):

  • LCL/FCL shipment from Nhava Sheva or any other preferred.
  • Delivery timeline depends on destination country (typically 2–4 weeks)

📑 Export Documentation:

  • HDPL provides: Invoice, Packing List, HSN codes, Bill of Lading / AWB.

⚠️ Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Import duties, customs clearance charges.
  • Insurance.
  • Packing Charges.

📦 4. Packaging Standards

  • High-strength export-grade packaging
  • Fragile items are securely cushioned and marked for safe handling
  • Machines are crated and moisture-protected for marine shipments

🧾 5. Order Tracking & Updates

  • Tracking details (AWB, BL, etc.) are emailed/WhatsApp upon dispatch
  • Dedicated export team supports status updates and CHA coordination

⚠️ 6. Delays & Force Majeure

HDPL is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, port congestion
  • Customs inspection delays
  • Incorrect documentation or delayed payments by the buyer
